Apple popouvars with aromatic butter

# For the aromatic butter:
8 tbsp soft butter
2 tbsp maple syrup or honey
1 tsp mixture of ground cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg
# For the dough:
3 large eggs
1 cup milk
1 level cup flour
4 tbsp melted butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 small apple
2 tbsp butter for forms

Products for aromatic butter mix and stir until a smooth mixture. Leave aside. eggs broken with warm milk and the butter. Add flour and salt. The whole was mixed well and left to rest at room temperature for 1/2 hr. Heat the oven to 230C. The BBQ is placed on a lower level. In the 12 forms for muffins or 6 cups of custard distributes the butter. Apple is cleaned, peeled and cut into cubes, which are put in the forms. They stick to the oven for 3-4 minutes, until the butter begins to foam. Remove the dough and pour on top. Immediately returned to the oven. Bake 20 minutes, if the forms are small, they are large - 30. The temperature was then reduced to 190C and baked as many. In no case should not open the oven door! They are ready when they get a good tan top. Remove from oven and pierce with a toothpick to come up steam. After 2-3 minutes, removed from the molds and served still warm with aromatic butter. obtained hollow inside and tripled its volume.

1 apple or 1 kilo of apples? 1 small apple is not it for that amount of dough? Sounds interesting, I would try it out :)

A 1 apple as to put at the bottom of the forms. The dough rises rapidly, the inside cavity was prepared, and the bulk of the apple pieces remain on top. The dough is not so much - about 1/2 liter.
