Aromatic baby potatoes

Ingredients
500 g baby potatoes
3 tbsp fat
1 tsp vegeta, salt
1 pinch of marjoram, savory and white pepper
1-2 sprigs fresh dill

Method
Scraped potatoes (peeled) if big cut into cubes and place in a pan with hot oil. Fried as were stirred for 5 minutes, and make up 1 cup water. Add the dry spices and flavored with salt. Stew 10-15 minutes from time to time be tapped court instead mix. As they are ready pour the excess water, put it finely chopped dill and confused carefully.

Thanks Eli, great portions lamb stood up yesterday! Marjoram is a very good seasoning for potatoes.

Chips are just super that I do them back-first boil them and then fry them with spices together :)

I first smother them with a little oil and water. Once the liquid has evaporated, put oil and then fried them with spices. But how Maggie is great. However, there should be variety in the Preparation. a recipe. You ...? Bravo!

So-called *bump potatoes.* I also boil them in advance, then put the fat and finally the chopped dill.But Desi is right - there should be diversity. Besides recipe and photo of Maggie is very nice.
