Aromatic rice with chicken and mushrooms

500 g chicken fillet
500 g rice, round
5 green onions
1 large plaice
250 g mushrooms mushrooms
1 cup mashed tomatoes
2-3 cloves garlic
salt, pepper, 1 tbsp red pepper, 1/2 tsp ground rosemary or 1 sprig fresh
1 handful fresh thyme
1 handful of grated feta cheese Parmesan
1.2 liters of water or a mixture of water and white wine

Cut the meat into small chunks, onions pieces about 2 cm halibut cubes, mushrooms cut in large pieces. In a saucepan heat and zehtinat it on high heat briefly fry the meat. Add halibut and onions and fry for about 2 minutes. Put them mushrooms make up the liquid, put spices and tomatoes. When the boil, put the rice, reduce heat and cook the dish with a lid until the liquid is absorbed. Stir occasionally. At the end of cooking, when there is less liquid, put parmezanat garlic and blend. * Careful with the salt parmezanat too savory. * Red pepper can be a hot, it is also very tasty. * The dish can be made without tomatoes, then increased a little cooking liquid.
