2 cups semolina
2 cup sugar
1 cup sunflower oil
6 cups Water
grated rind of 1 lemon
1 tsp cinnamon
vanilla powder 1
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Fry semolina in the oil until golden, stirring continuously, remove from heat and add sugar while stirring and again returned to the fire and pour water gradually, again stirring continuously, add vanilla, cinnamon and nuts and so to thicken the mixture. Spread in a wide pan and leave to cool.
