Baby potatoes, cooked with milk

Ingredients
500 ml milk
750 g potatoes
2 eggs
juice of 1/2 lemon
pepper
parsley
salt
paprika
Method
The clean potatoes are cooked in milk. Eggs are broken down with lemon juice. Once boiled potatoes, the dish is removed from the heat and thicken with beaten eggs. Watered with butter, fried with a little paprika. Upon presentation, the dish sprinkled with parsley and pepper.

Olga and I liked this recipe - go to favorites! I, as always, I have not understood, or rather I'm not sure - potatoes goals you put them to cook?

Reni, I always use a very small fries and so they brew purposes, but if larger cut into cubes.

And I like it, but I ask you drain the potatoes in serving or served with the built poured milk?

Fifth not drip. Thickish sauce is pretty.
