Bagel with cream cheese

Ingredients
500 g flour
25 g yeast
125 g butter
500 g of milk
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp salt
12 triangles melted cheese
Method
Dissolving sugar in lukewarm milk and merge yeast. Add 3 tbsp sifted flour and leave to rise. Sift flour 3 times and do well. Put the salt and the butter and add the yeast. Mess for 15 minutes. Make the dough into a ball and let it rise Greased for about 2 hours. Then we divide it into 12 balls, each rolling out the circle and put processed cheese. Arrange in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven. Serve them warm.
