Bagels Hedgehog Bezhko

Ingredients
140 g butter
1 egg
boiled yolks 2
40 g of crushed nuts, walnuts
100 g of powdered sugar
250 g flour
vanilla
powdered sugar for sprinkling
nuts for sprinkling
Method
Beat the butter with sugar until white. Separating whites from the yolk of raw egg. Add raw egg yolk, cooked and pressed yolks, chopped nuts, vanilla and flour. Knead the dough. Roll it into a sheet 5 mm. With large and small glass cut buns. Spread them with egg white and sprinkle them with chopped nuts. Bake in a moderate oven. Finished buns sprinkled with powdered sugar.
