Baked donuts

1 1/3 cups warm milk
1 packet yeast
2 tbsp butter, soft
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
5 cups flour
1-2 pinches nutmeg
1 tsp salt
# For the syrup:
1/2 cup melted butter
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon

Dissolve the yeast in 1/3 cup warm milk, let it rise. Beat the butter, sugar, milk and finally add the yeast mixture. Beat the eggs with a fork and add them, then the flour, nutmeg and salt. Mix until the flour is over. Should consider whether the dough is ready or is still sticky, if it is sticky, add more flour. Remove dough from bowl and place on floured countertop, do some baking of bread (dough should not be sticky) shaped like a ball and place in a lightly oiled bowl, cover with plastic which foil and let stand for 1 hour or until doubled in size warm. Place dough on floured surface and Roll dough to a thickness of 1-1.5 cm. Crop circles and place in a baking dish coated with cooking paper and then cut the inside (the hole in the middle of the donut), thus retains its shape and will not be bent in transit. Cover and leave for another 45 minutes to double its volume. -Heat the oven to 180 C and bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden. While the donuts are baked put the butter in a deep bowl and mix in other sugar and cinnamon. Remove the donuts and leave for 1-2 minutes to cool. Removed donuts dip in the butter and then in sugar mixture. Place them on kitchen paper to drain from the butter.

BABY, prepare donuts twice already. The first time I put a lot ... but the second attempt was more then impressive. Great recipe, I still think it will take a few days and will need to re-involve ... Bravo! Later will get pictures.

Just ask, donuts objectives you need to be immersed in the oil or just the top, as then stick sugar?

Cveti, I immersing only half a donut (top) in the melted butter and then in sugar and cinnamon. But nothing prevents to try and be all topnesh, just make a comparison between the two options! With impatience will wait for your feedback that soon again in May will do them!

Hello, perunika. I tried to dip the donuts on both sides, but I think so too severe, the more I liked it dipped only one side. The recipe is great!

I will make them and I these donuts, but I want to ask, what do I mean by a packet of yeast? 7 g of dry yeast. or packet of 40 grams alive?

I used the cube fresh yeast, but in my opinion 2/3 of the cube would be enough!

Thanks for the recipe. Very tasty and were received quite a number. I made them with chocolate and lemon glaze. My family liked them very much.
