Baked fish with white sauce, tomato and mushrooms

Ingredients
2 Hoki fish fillets or other greasy fish
2 leeks, white part only
1 tomato
4-5 field mushrooms
1 package obsession with cheese sauce * Four * or * Creamy *
20-30 ml white wine

Method
