Baked mackerel with tomatoes

Ingredients
1 kg mackerel
1 tbsp salt
100 ml olive oil
2 onions
1.5 kg tomatoes
10 peppercorns
3 Allspice
1 bay leaf
1/4 bunch parsley

Method
The fish is cleaned, washed and nasolyava. Watered with 2 tbsp olive oil and baked in a baking dish. During this time, prepare the tomato sauce. Chopped onion stew in remaining olive oil. Add the peeled and finely chopped tomatoes and all spices. Boil the sauce thickens. Baked fish, pour prepared sauce together and bake 20 minutes. Serve warm.

Great recipe. I know it from my mom. But she baked fish before January and add some flour in a small, but as flood fish sauce and added 1 cup walnuts. Very tasty. Will prepare these days and will put a picture.
