Baked mushrooms with ham and cheese

400 g of fresh mushrooms
2-3 pinches of salt
30 g butter
200 g cheese
150 g of ham or sausage of your choice
colored salt

Cleaned fresh mushrooms cut in large pieces pan, add salt and put in preheated oven to soften and to put the water for about ten minutes. During this time, grate cheese and chopped ham (sausage) of large cubes. Mushrooms as you put water, drain and transfer to a dry pan, add them to the butter and stir well until melted, add ham (sausage), stirred again to mix good and distributed evenly in pan. Finally, cover with grated cheese, lightly sprinkle with colored salt. Bake in a moderate oven until browning of cheese.

Wonderful recipe in no time I was able to realize it! Just pull them from the oven ... obviously remains the best part! :)
