Ingredients
          300 g of nettle tips
          1 bunch of spring onions and fresh garlic
          5-6 roasted red peppers
          250 g rice
          1/2 bunch of dill and parsley
          4 tbsp sunflower oil
          1 tbsp salt
          100 g cheese

          Method
              In a pan heat the oil and sauté it in the chopped onion and garlic, add the nettles and strangling continued for 2-3 minutes. The mixture was transferred to a tray and add sliced peppers, rice and salt. All pour 500 ml boiling water and place the pan in the oven. The dish is baked at a moderate temperature. At the end of cooking add the finely chopped parsley and dill. When finished, still hot, sprinkle with grated cheese. When serving can be flooded with yogurt.
