Baked potatoes with peppers and garlic sauce

Ingredients
800 g of red potatoes
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1/2 cup ready garlic sauce of your choice
1 red onion
1 tsp sea salt
Method
Potatoes cut in large pieces, peppers and onions into cubes. Add sea salt and garlic sauce. Mix well, pour into a baking dish and bake at 200 C for 40 minutes. Serve as a salad or side dish.
