Baked potatoes with smoked meat

Ingredients
350 g of smoked ham or neck
700 g potatoes
120 g onion
3/4 cup (150 ml) milk
lard
pepper
salt
Method
Sweep meat cut into small cubes, peeled potatoes and onion into pieces and stacked in rows in an oiled shallow pan. The top line should be potatoes. Add salt and sprinkle with pepper each row. Pour the milk, place pieces of lard and bake with close-fitting lid in low oven.
