Baked with rice and minced meat

1 cup Rice
250 g of minced meat raw sausage or meatballs seasoned for
1 onion
2 green peppers
tomatoes 2
3 eggs
150 g cheese
1 cube vegetable broth

Put in pot 3 cups water and bring to a boil, add the vegetable broth and pour the rice, stir gently and reduce the heat to simmer. In a deep pan put oil and fry the onion and mince. When the rice absorbs 2/3 of the water draining in fried minced meat and leave on low heat to fully assume the water. For minced meat is seasoned not add spices, but who wants can add more. Once cooked rice then remove from heat and leave 10-15 moments Pohlupen to tighten completely. In a suitable pan (for 4 servings) litter aluminum foil, by looking to go on both sides of the tray plenty can then cover the dish. Pour half rice, smooth and nice concerns and arrange on top of the circles cut green peppers, then arrange and tomatoes circles again. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Pour the other half of the rice, again press and smooth nice. Beat the eggs and pour over the top of the dish. Shrink-wrapped it gently with both ends of fthe oil, but do not crash to the dish. Put to bake in a preheated oven at 180C degrees for 30 minutes. Once cooled down slightly unscrew and sprinkle with chopped parsley (optional). * The original recipe used instead of cheese grated feta cheese Parmesan.
