Banana sponge cake with yogurt

Ingredients
500 g flour
125 g margarine
3 bananas
3 eggs
1 and 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup yogurt
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 capsule lemon juice or rind of 1 lemon
Method
Eggs are broken down with the sugar using a mixer for 5-6 minutes. Insert the margarine and continue to stir. Peel bananas, cut in two and smash or Strain with yogurt. Sprinkle with lemon flavor and the mixture was poured into the beaten eggs and margarine. The flour is sieved and add salt, and then half of it is mixed with eggs and blend bananas. The baking was quenched with a small yoghurt, then poured into dough together with the remaining flour and baking powder. Mix well and pour into paper covered baking tray. Cake bake about 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 150-160 C.
