Banitsa of pastry with cheese bathed

Ingredients
1 box bathed peel (700 g, 5 pieces)
400-500 g feta cheese
5 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 cup yogurt
15 tbsp sunflower oil or melted butter
1 tsp baking soda
Banitsa of pastry with cheese bathed

Method
From the feta cheese, eggs, milk and baking soda mixture is prepared. Thaw pastry sprinkled with part of the mixture and 2 tbsp oil. Sheet wound or impose in pre-greased with sunflower oil or butter tray. Part of the mixture is left for coating the banitsa top. Bake at 150-180 C until browned.

What are those bathed peel? I have not heard of them! Otherwise pie is like others with fine sheet. What they especially - please explain us!

I had no milk and put 1 pot of yoghurt 500g. Cheese I was about 800g. Became great pie! :)
