Banitsa with soda water - II type

Ingredients
500 g prepared filo pastry sheets
4-5 eggs
250 g feta cheese
100 ml sunflower oil
5 g baking powder (1/2 bag)
500 ml carbonated water

Method
In pre-oiled pan rank sheet, each 2 sheets put crumbled feta cheese. Eggs broken with baking powder, the oil and soda. Prepared banitsa cut possible at small pieces and pour the prepared mixture. Bake in a moderate oven for about 30 minutes, stew, paying tray on a suitable container.

If the baking pan is pre-greased with oil after baking and the reversal of the pie will spill. I do like pie and from experience I know that the baking pan is not sucking up.

Classic banichka with excellent results! (I always greased baking baking pan with oil, but do not pay)
