Base quiche

Ingredients
2 cups flour
1 tsp salt
1 pinch sugar
170 g butter
Method
Involved dough of sifted flour, salt, sugar, the butter - cold and cut into pieces and 6 tbsp cold water. Transfer to another floured surface and doomesva nice. Turns to transparent household foil and place in refrigerator for at least one hour. Then roll the dough in the shape of a circle and place in a medium baking tin (from foil). Formed into the bottom and sides. Pricked with a fork to bottom and left to cool in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
