Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
1 cup zryab cooked beans
1 stalk leek or onion 1
salt
pepper
parsley
sunflower oil
vinegar
1-2 tbsp chopped walnuts in large pieces
butter

Method
Puff pastry cut squares 10x10 cm. Metal bowls of custard turned upside down, labeled with aluminum foil and lightly smeared with butter. Spread the dough on top. Trays Bake in preheated oven. Prepare salad of cooked beans, chopped onion and parsley and flavor with other spices. Finally add the walnuts. Salad cool and just before serving is distributed throughout the dough baskets.

In the baskets may improvise filling. I made them with lentil stew and it was very effective.
PetetoiMe4o, of course that the filling can improvise. These baskets are universal - and salty and sweet stuffing. If you took her picture - interesting for me to see how they look!
