Ingredients
225 g white beans
50 g bacon zhilchitsi salo
225 g beef (pork) meat
1 onion
1 head of garlic
2-3 stalks celery
2 carrots
400 g tomatoes (maybe canned)
2 tbsp vinegar
salt, pepper, bay leaf 1-2, 2-3 tsp oregano
Method
Beansa soak for 1 night in water. After washed, poured 1 liter of fresh water, add salt and boiled until soft. In a pan with sunflower oil fry the chopped bacon and meat, finely chopped onion, garlic, celery and carrots. Add the beans, along with the water, tomato and vinegar. Dish boil on medium heat until soft products. Season with bay leaf, black pepper and oregano. To the soup is served with slices of baked feta cheese.
