Beef roast in fashion

Ingredients
500 g of beef back
20 g salo
30 g butter
30 g lard
1/2 cup (100 ml) white wine
piece of veal leg
1 carrot
6 small heads onion
parsley
thyme
bay leaf
1 small clovesche
pepper
salt
Method
Crushed beef shpikova with pieces salo, fry in lard on all sides until browned, add the butter, beef foot in the chopped carrots, onions, salt, pepper and tied with white thread bay leaf, thyme, parsley and clovesche. Pour 1 cup wine (200 ml) of water, Cover with lid and bake until soft in a very low oven. Before presenting remove some of the fat of the sauce and link herbs.
