Beef stew with vegetables

600 g beef fillet
2-3 potatoes
carrots 4
2 green peppers
4-5 cloves garlic
1 onion
5-6 large mushrooms
beef bouillon cube
1 pm .ch. milled rice
200 g peeled canned tomatoes
1 tbsp mustard
olive oil and 1 tbsp butter
salt, sugar, turmeric, coriander, thyme, curry, mint, red pepper
100 ml red wine

Cut the beef into cubes thin 1 cm and fry it in olive oil and butter until golden. In the same fat, which is parzhilo meat begin to fry chopped in large pieces o succession - onion and garlic, mushrooms, carrots, peppers and tomatoes. Add the wine and boil once put meat, mustard and potatoes and pour water enough to cover the products. Add spices and bring to the boil leave on slow fire and the lid closed 1 hour and 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Meanwhile boil the rice as a side dish and tampering with spices optional.
