Beer bread

Ingredients
500 ml beer
800 g flour
10 g baking powder
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp salt
50 g butter at room temperature
Method
Sift flour with baking powder, make a well in the middle and hands start kneaded with the butter. Add sugar, salt, gradually refill beer and knead smooth dough. From this shape 10-12 buns. Arrange in a greased tray and optional sprinkle with poppy or sesame less. Some breads can make light slits with a knife. Put to bake in a preheated oven at 200-220C degrees.
