Ingredients
          330 g biscuits Breakfast
          400 g yogurt - 3.6% fat
          1/3 cup powdered sugar
          1 peach preserves (800 g)
              Method
              Mix yogurt, powdered sugar and pre-separated and passion fruit compote, beating until a homogeneous mixture. Inter- mittent submersion each biscuit in the juice of the compote and redim in a baking dish. Once you fill in a row, pour the resulting cream yogurt, powdered sugar and fruits of the compost. Repeat until finished cookies and cream, it must be finished with cream. We leave in the refrigerator for several hours (preferably overnight).
