Boiled tongue with a delicious tomato sauce

Ingredients
1 kg beef or pork tongue
3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 onions
1 pepper
1 tbsp flour
500 g peeled and grated tomatoes canned
1/2 tea cup . white wine
1 tsp red pepper, 1 bay leaf, 2 grains allspice, salt, pepper
5 cloves garlic, chopped
1/2 bunch parsley, finely chopped
Method
Boil language in lightly salted water until soft. Cut it into slices and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cut the onion, pepper and chopped parsley. Separately, fry the onion and peppers in the oil. Add the flour and gently fry. Sprinkle with paprika and add tomatoes. Pour the wine, put the bay leaf and allspice. Simmer the sauce until the water evaporates. When the sauce thickens, add the garlic and remove from heat. Sprinkle with parsley and pour over cooked language. Serve the dish with boiled rice or potatoes.
