Bread with tomatoes and spices

4 cups flour
20 g fresh or 7 g of dry yeast
50 ml sunflower oil
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
2 medium tomatoes
1/2 bunch of dill
1/2 bunch parsley
2-3 sprigs of fresh or 1 tsp dried basil
2-3 sprigs of fresh or 1 tsp dried mint
chili flakes
1 cup water

In hot water dissolve yeast and sugar and set aside. Spices cut. Tomatoes are placed for 1-2 minutes in boiling water. Peel, cleaning of seeds and cut into small cubes. Sift the flour. In the middle is done well. Pour effervescent yeast and the oil. Gently mix in the medium. Add tomatoes, salt and spices and mix completely. Prepared sticky dough, but it is not necessary to add more flour. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour. Involved again, hands oilt. Tray covered with baking paper. Insert the dough and shape optional. Bake in a preheated oven at 180C, about 30 minutes. The finished bread to cool on a wire rack covered with a cloth. Cut after as cool as it gets very soft.
