Ingredients
4 medium heads of celery - 600 g
2 eggs
Flour
breadcrumbs
lemon juice
pepper, salt

Method
Cleaned celery cut into slices 1 cm thick, which is put into a shallow pan of boiling salted water (or vegetable broth cube). Boil on low heat until poluomekvane by turning 1-2 times.
