Ingredients
4 chicken steak
4 slices ham (with a thickness of about 0.5 cm)
200 g mushrooms
200 g cheese
3 eggs
breadcrumbs
pepper
salt
sunflower oil frying
Method
Chicken steaks are seasoned with salt and pepper, rolled in bread crumbs, then in egg and fry in hot sunflower oil. Place in a baking dish and top put ham, sliced mushrooms and sprinkle everything with grated cheese. Bake in oven until browned cheese.
