Breaded fish with beer

Ingredients
700-800 g of fish
2 egg whites
1 cup incomplete flour
200-250 ml beer
salt
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Clean and wash the fish is cut into fillets. Salt. Flour sprinkled with a pinch of salt and gradually pour the beer until a density of pancake dough. Add the beaten egg whites to stiff and slightly confused. Dip fillets in the mixture and fry in heated sunflower oil.

Why only proteins in the mixture to batter?

It is Nelly. Only proteins are placed and so-called bang-paste RIF. I so Breaded sprats. Tasty it. If desired, the paste can be put and proper seasoning.
