Bright pita

2 eggs
600 g flour
20 g yeast
200 ml milk
3 tbsp sunflower oil
3 tbsp yogurt
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp sugar
4 red peppers
200 g smoked meat
10 olives
1 yolk
1 tsp milk
sesame and poppy seeds for sprinkling

Yeast with sugar dissolved in milk. Product mix and knead a soft dough. Do not put much extra flour because it will be hard. Leave to rise and divided into the two balls. Again five minutes rising. Roll out two large rectangles already working with sunflower oil, without flour. Sprinkle of chopped products on the first pravoagalnik top and placed second. Again put products throughout its area. Wound on a roll and bake in a baking dish, eat oiled. Before you put it to bake, leave it to rise nice. Coat them with a yolk beaten with 1 tsp milk and a few drops of sunflower oil. Sprinkle with poppy seeds and sesame. As it out immediately with plenty of smear margarine on top.
