Brioche bread with jam

Ingredients
800 g flour
6 eggs
250 ml milk
200 g butter
200 g granulated sugar
30 g yeast
300 g of jam filling
1 egg for egg wash
lemon peel
powdered sugar for sprinkling
pinch of salt

Method
Prepare kozunak dough and after rise, divided into two equal parts. Half roll and place in an oiled tray. Top evenly spread jam. Of the remaining dough prepared wicks, which are arranged at a distance from each other in order to jam 2 by crossed so as to form rhomboids. Cake allowed to rise. Smeared with egg and bake in a moderate oven. Cool cake is cut into portions and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
