Ingredients
          1 cup milk
          500 g flour
          1 tsp sugar
          1 tbsp salt
          9 tbsp sunflower oil
          20 g fresh yeast

          200-300 g feta cheese
          1 egg white

          Method
              The yeast was dissolved in a little milk with sugar. The flour is sieved, make a well in the middle, a solution of yeast, the salt, the oil and the remaining milk. Knead into a soft dough. Leave to rise.   Make a stuffing - shattered egg white is mixed with crushed feta cheese. The risen dough is knead lightly and rolled round crust. Cut out triangles basically put the filling and wrap rolls, arranged on a tray and leave to rise. Yeasted buns brushed with egg yolk and bake in a moderate oven until ready.
