Burek with eggplant

Ingredients
4 eggplants
feta cheese
2 eggs
sunflower oil
salt
# breading:
2 eggs
flour

Method
Wash the eggplants and cut to length, add salt and leave to drain the bitter juice. Fry and leave to drain the fat. Beat the eggs with the feta cheese and the mixture stick fried eggplant pieces two by two. Then rolled in flour, then in beaten yaytsya again in flour and fry. Serve with salad.

This recipe I'm doing, like to add savory stuffing and pepper and breading scramble eggs with flour and make a dunk in it.
