Butter cookies with apricot

Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
halves of apricot compote
1 yolk
1/2 package vanilla pudding powder
50 g sugar
caster sugar

Method
Prepare pudding according to package directions and leave to cool. Puff pastry is cut into squares, each square was cut from each corner further to the middle bit, and the ends are folded towards the center in one direction. In the middle put the finished pudding and apricot half on it. Dab with yolk and bake on paper in a preheated oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool. Another option is a type of muffins - in oiled sholichka put square piece of dough in the middle of the cream and fruit on it.

I guess I'll become with fresh apricots, but already their last season. But will try with prunes. Bravo for the idea!
