500 g puff pastry
halves of apricot compote
1/2 package vanilla pudding powder

Prepare pudding according to package directions and leave to cool. Puff pastry is cut into squares, each square was cut from each corner further to the middle bit, and the ends are folded towards the center in one direction. In the middle put the finished pudding and apricot half on it. Dab with yolk and bake on paper in a preheated oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
