Cake with apples

# For the first mixture:
1 cup soft butter
1 cup powdered sugar
4 eggs
a few drops of lemon essence
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp baking powder
2 cup flour
2 cup cleaned, peeled and cut into small cubes apples
# For the second mixture:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp cinnamon
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp soft butter
First mixture: Beat the butter and sugar with a mixer for about 10 minutes. One by one egg was added with stirring. Follow lemon juice and lemon juice. Sift the flour with the baking powder and add gradually to the mixture. Stir and add apples. Again stirred. Second mixture: Products knead by hand until a homogeneous. in cakes form (greased with sunflower oil and sprinkled with flour) into half of the first mixture, and then the second mixture, and finally the remaining part of the former. Bake in a preheated 150 C oven for 90 minutes.
