2-3 apples
fat spreads tray
sugar for sprinkling
# For the cake:
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
10 g baking powder
1 pinch cinnamon
1 cup flour
# For glaze:
400 g yogurt
1 cup powdered sugar

Method
Products for cake put consistent and shatter. Tray is brushed with butter or margarine and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Peel apples, cut into thin pieces, lining up next to each other on the bottom of the pan, pour the mixture on top and bake. Once removed from the oven rests for 5 minutes and pour the previously beaten with powdered sugar milk.

It is good to be milk with higher fat, I use 4, 5%.
