Calzone with zucchini and chicken

# For the dough:
500 g flour
200-220 ml water
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
7 g dry yeast
# For the filling:
150 g chicken breast
150 g cheese
1 tsp basil
3 red onion
1 zucchini
1 hot red pepper
1 slice ginger
2-3 anchovy fillets
1 tbsp sunflower oil
2-3 tbsp dark soy sauce
Sift the flour in a bowl, pour dissolve yeast and olive oil and stirring continuously pour water enough to take up the dough. Knead by hand until a fluffy ball. Cover with foil and leave to rise. Chicken fillet is cut into small pieces, sprinkle with 1 tbsp of soy sauce and allow to marinate for about 10 minutes. Then fry for 3-4 minutes in a deep pan with hot oil. Peel the ginger and cut into small pieces, onion cut into crescents, zucchini and tomatoes - diced. Chilli clean the seed and cut into in small pieces. In the fat from the meat over high heat fry the onion and ginger, along with basil. When golden brown, put the courgettes and chilli, after 1-2 minutes add the fillets anchovies, remaining soy sauce, basil, tomatoes and chicken. Stir and leave to cool. Half of the dough is rolled out with your fingers in the shape of a circle, as nice is flour. Part of the filling is poured with one half of the circle and sprinkle with the diced cheese. On one side, the edges of the dough are coated with the water to adhere well, then the dough is folded in a half-moon and being sticky. Calzone bake in preheated oven about 15 minutes until golden.
