Ingredients
500 g macaroni
2 sprigs fresh green onions
dill
200 ml cooking cream
250 g bacon
150 g grated hard feta cheese (Parmesan)

Method
Boil pasta in salted water. Chopped onion and fennel and fry them with a little sunflower oil (not olive oil). Add bacon, cut into thin strips and mix to fry a little. Add the cream with constant stirring for a further 5 minutes. Strain the pasta water and confuse them with the prepared sauce and the feta cheese. Serve with optional more feta cheese on top.
