Carp with yogurt and garlic

Ingredients
1 large carp
200 g yogurt
3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 eggs
1 tbsp flour
2 heads of garlic
dried lovage
dill
1/2 bunch parsley
salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp vinegar
Method
Washed carp is cut in half lengthwise, dissolve and put in greased pan with sunflower oil back down. Eggs broken with yogurt, then add the flour, the oil and spices. Pour the fish with the mixture and bake in a moderate oven until light brown. Once removed from the oven, pour the mixture of crushed garlic and vinegar. Sprinkle with chopped parsley.
