Caviar from beet

Ingredients
1 head red beets
carrots 3
3 onions
1 head of garlic
1/4 cup (50 ml) sunflower oil
salt
Method
Beets Boil until poluomekvane and grate cheese grater in large pieces. Grated carrots and fry in part of the oil, add the beets and stew for 40 minutes. Finely chopped onion fry separately, add the chopped garlic and the mixture is added to the beet. Mix well and add salt.
