Caviar green zucchini with parmesan cream

Ingredients
2 zucchini (zucchini - small green zucchini) or 1 zucchini
1 sprig rosemary
1/2 onion
1 clove garlic
pinch of cumin
salt
pepper
1 tbsp olive oil
# For the cream:
200 ml cream
100 g feta cheese Parmesan
black pepper

Method
Courgettes cut into very thin slices, boil 3-5 minutes, rinse with cold water, drain and smash with a fork. Onions and garlic, finely chopped, fry in olive oil. Add the mashed zucchini and spices and fry for 3-4 minutes. Rosemary twig is removed and the eggs are distributed in glasses. Allow to cool. Parmesan are cut several thin strips for garnish, while the remaining is broken into small pieces. In saucepan boil the cream, add the Parmesan and stir until melted and slightly thickened. Season with pepper and spills in glasses on the caviar. Leave in refrigerator to cool and harden the cream.
