Celery sauce

Ingredients
2 cloves celery
3 tbsp flour
2 tbsp sunflower oil
1/2 lemon
pepper
salt

Method
Celery is peeled, cut into thin pieces and boiled in salted water, taking care not are dissolved. The pieces are removed and arranged on a plate. In the water in which they are cooked, add the flour previously mixed into a little cold water, pepper, salt and the oil. The sauce boil until thickened and seasoned with lemon juice. Removed from heat and stirred until cooled down. It floods the whole.
