Charlotte with cottage cheese

Ingredients
200 g cottage cheese
100 g biscuit
500 ml milk
2 eggs
150 g sugar
1 lemon
1 vanilla
50 g butter
Method
Comminuted biscuit pour milk and allowed to soften. With mixer crash strained cottage cheese, eggs, sugar, grated lemon rind and vanilla. In a greased baking dish with butter biscuit is put in the middle mixture over it again biscuit. Top put the butter, cut into pieces and bake in moderate oven until it turns rosy. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
