# For crumbly dough:
100 g cold butter
200 g flour
2 yolks
fat tray
# For Sponge bases:
6 eggs
150 g sugar
150 g flour
2 tbsp starch
4-5 tbsp rum irrigation of the bases
# For the cream:
30 g gelatin
8 yolks
350 g sugar
600 ml dry white wine or champagne
600 g sour cream
200 g cream
1 Lemon
1 vanilla pod
# For garnish:
30-40 bl. Lady fingers
1 strawberry jam
800 g strawberries
12 cigar
250 g cream

Crumbly dough: In a bowl put the flour, egg yolks, salt and diced butter. Izmesva is crumbly dough was wrapped in foil and allowed to stand for 30 minutes in the cold.
