Chicken in Arabic

Ingredients
500 g rice
1 chicken - cooked boneless
1 kg yoghurt
5-6 cloves garlic
2 buns Arabic bread
1 liter chicken broth
salt
pepper
lemon juice

Method
Arabic bread is broken into pieces and put in preheated oven to bake - to become a biscuit. The washed rice fry in sunflower oil and add the broth and a little water. When a boil, reduce the heat at the least, just simmer until water evaporates. In a deep bowl whisk the yogurt with a little water, lemon juice and salt, and add the crushed garlic. Thus prepared sauce poured over baked bread. It ranks as the chicken portions and top distributed rice, served with bread sauce.

The recipe is very tasty, but I add to the sauce tahini paste is very tasty, and the chicken it shredded pepper and instead put allspice, so know it op my godfather from Syria and put 1 but a jar of yogurt not pound. The name of this dish is *Fate*. I mess up rice and chicken together and serve on toasted bread as put by the sauce then rice with meat sauce and again, great tasty.
