Chicken breast with lemon and capers

Ingredients
2 chicken breasts
1 cup chicken broth
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp capers
1 tbsp natural starch or flour
pinch of cayenne pepper
sunflower oil for frying
# breading:
1 cup flour
2 eggs
Method
Chicken breasts cut into strips 1 cm thick. Rolled in flour, beaten eggs and fry in a well heated sunflower oil for 3 minutes. Remove to a large bowl. In the same fat poured capers, lemon juice and chicken broth in which previously dissolved starch. Stir until thickened. Season with a little cayenne pepper and pour over the meat. Serve with sliced ​​lemons.
