Chicken with carrots

Ingredients
1 chicken steak white meat
1 carrot
1 onion
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp soy sauce

Method
Carrots cut into thin strips, onion crescents and meat pieces. In a Teflon pan fry the onion and carrot. Add the meat, which had previously stayed five minutes with soy sauce. Fry for about 10 minutes, and from time to time is added in 1-2 tbsp water.
