Chicken with chestnuts

Ingredients
1 chicken
125 g butter
2 tbsp flour
500 g cooked and peeled chestnuts
2 bay leaves
2 tsp sugar
salt
Method
Chicken is cleaned and washed. Cut into portions, which are fried in a little of the butter until golden brown. Add flour and dozaparzhva. Pour hot water, enough to cover the meat. Once boiling add salt, add the bay leaves, sugar and chestnuts. Allow the dish to boil on low heat. Shake the pan from time to time to not stick Zagora or chestnuts. Once the sauce remain almost butter, then the dish is ready and can be served.
