Chicken with cocktail sauce

Ingredients
1 kg chicken breast
salt
2-3 tbsp sunflower oil
2 bay leaves
1 tsp black peppercorns
the juice of one lemon
# For the sauce:
250 g of low-fat mayonnaise
150 g of yogurt with apricot taste
3-4 tbsp ketchup
salt
pepper
Worcester sauce

Method
The oven is heated to 180 C (not recommended hot air). Salt the chicken breasts and fry briefly in a hot sunflower oil. Spices are sprinkled over the meat. Spray with lemon juice and left covered in the oven, then removed to cool. Mayonnaise, yogurt and ketchup mix. Chicken broth is filtered, added to the mixture and seasoned with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce. Chicken breast halve inclined pieces with a width of about 2 cm. Arrange on platter. When serving meat served with sauce.
